No court shall have subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate any claim or dispute set forth herein, as both KB Media Persons and you agree and stipulate that private binding proceedings are the preferred and desired forum for any matter arising from use, content, services and disputes and claims of Kinkbomb.com.
4.2 You are fully aware of your right to a trial and to be heard by a jury and hereby agree knowingly, intentionally and voluntarily to WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL OR TRIAL BY JURY in any dispute or claim enumerated in Section 4.1.
