A: Creating an account saves your login info for easy, future purchases; and , allows you to rate and comment on clips you've purchased. We are also adding a customer bonus program in the future that will be available to clients with established accounts.

A: Kinkbomb.com is aware that the security of your private information from the use of this web-site is an important concern. We take the protection of your data very seriously. Therefore we would like you to know what data we maintain and what data we discard. Our Privacy Statement outlines this in great detail. When a customer purchases a clip, the only information that is passed to the studio is the customer's first name and an abbreviated email address (for example: joey@********). Studios do not see any other information about their customers.


Q: What will be the name of the company that will show up on my credit card?


A: The name of the company that will show up on your credit card is KB Media Group Inc.


Q: When will I get billed for my purchase?


A: Your credit card is processed immediately upon purchase.

Q: How long do I have to download my clip?


A: Once a purchase is made, you will receive an email containing the download links for all of the clips you have purchased.  The links will expire within 24 hours of purchase time so make sure you download all of the clips immediately prior to the expiration of the links.


Q: Can I have new download links created?


A: When you purchase a clip, you are purchasing the right to view the clip.  The studio maintains full rights to all of their materials.  As such, re-issuing new download links for expired purchases is up to the studio whether they want to extend a new license to view or not.  We have set a policy with the studios to allow Kinkbomb.com to provide 1 grace re-activation per customer.  After that, all customers will have to seek approval from the studio for clip re-activations


Q: How long do I have to download the clips after I finalize the purchase?


A: The download keys that are set to all purchases expire in 24 hours after the purchase. Please download all purchased clips within this period of time.


Q: Does Kinkbomb.com have and affiliate referral program?

Q: How do I report unacceptable content?

Q: Who do I contact if I have a dispute with a Studio?


A: The customer must first contact the studio if there is a conflict with a sale. If the customer is unsatisfied with the response from the Studio, they may then contact Kinkbomb.com at customerservice@kinkbomb.com or fill out the form on the Contact Us page.  We will diligently work on the customer's behalf to resolve the situation in a fair and equitable way.
